He worked at Auchan Retail International for almost 40 years. For the last 20 years the managed the AUCHAN company first in Poland and then in various countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Former Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Auchan Poland, Russia and Ukraine. Other functions: Chairman of POHID (Federation of Trade and Distribution) in 2002-2007; Vice-Chairman of ECR Polska (Effective Consumer Response) 2005-2007; Member of the EUROCOMMERCE Steering Committee 2003-2007; President of the French Chamber of Commerce in Poland 2008-2010; Vice-Chairman of PKPP Lewiatan 2004-2007. Involved in initiatives promoting the idea of developing the SHAREHOLDERS program for employees. A graduate of Toulouse Business School in France.

Since 2008 President of Polish Organization of Commerce and Distribution which associate the biggest international retail and wholesale companies in Poland. 2000 till 2017 Director of the METRO AG Representative Office in Poland representing METRO AG companies Makro C&C, Real and Media Saturn Holding towards state authorities, NGO’s and industry associations. Vice President of Employer’s Confederation Lewiatan. Vice President of the European trade association EuroCommerce in Brussels.
Since 2012 Chairman of the Central Eastern Europe Council, representing modern distribution channel of the CEE region towards EU institutions.

Wojciech Klimek – Member of the Board of FAKRO, Production Director responsible for production management at the Fakro Group. Graduate of the Technical University of Rzeszów at the Faculty of Engineering And Construction, National School of Business, National-Louis University in Nowy Sącz – Executive MBA and Postgraduate Studies Integrated Logistic Processes in the Firm, Academy of Economics, Cracow University of Economics. He enjoys cycling. He is interested in geopolitics and etymology.

Krzysztof Obloj, Ph.D., former president of European International Business Academy, is a distinguished professor of Strategic and International Management. He holds chairs of Strategic Management departments at Kozminski University and School of Management of University of Warsaw. He has regularly taught at Bodo Graduate School of Management in Norway, ESCP-EAP in Paris, and Henley Management College in UK. As a visiting professor he spent a considerable amount of time doing research and lecturing abroad, mostly in the USA at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, Yale University, Central Connecticut State University and Duquesne University. He is extensively published. He published two books in the US (“Management Systems”, 1993; “Winning: Continuous Improvement Theory in High Performance Organizations”, 1995) and coauthored few in Europe (the most recent Emerging economies and firms in the global crisis, Palgrave Macmillan, London 2012 and Passion and discipline of strategy, New York-London 2014). He published articles in Entrepreneurship: Theory and Practice, Journal of Management Studies, European Management Journal, Industrial&Environmental Crisis Quarterly, International Small Business Journal, Cybernetics and Systems: An International Journal, PostCommunist Economies, and several Polish journals. His last books published in Poland: “Corporate strategy”, 2007, and ‘Passion and discipline of strategy’ , 2010, became bestsellers and have already several editions. Professor Krzysztof Obloj is a renown corporate speaker and consultant in Poland and advises numerous Polish and international firms (e.g. LPP, PKN, Asea Brown Boveri, LG, Benckiser, Beiesdorf) in the areas of strategy, structure and organizational culture. He is a member of three supervisory boards of large listed companies.

Dariusz Piotrowski took up the position of Dell EMC Poland General Director at the beginning of September 2017. He is responsible for the company’s activities on the Polish market, managing the sales of the whole Dell EMC products and services portfolio dedicated to individual and business users as well as for the company’s development in all market segments.
Between 2009 – 2017 Dariusz Piotrowski held various management positions in Microsoft Polska. He was an Enterprise Sales Director, acting General Director and also a New Technologies Department Director. Before working in Microsoft he had been responsible for diverse departments in Cisco Systems Poland for 13 years, where he managed the sales of advanced technology solutions in Central Europe and cooperation with Polish partners.
His professional carrier began in NASK (Naukowo-Akademicka Sieć Komputerowa – eng. Research and Academic Computer Network) where his assignment was to design and implement countrywide data communication networks.
He graduated from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Electronics.
He holds also an MBA degree from the Illinois University and the University of Warsaw.

Michał Pieprzny – CEO Poland. Expert in customer value building in B2C and B2B markets. He has an extensive experience in designing and improving business cooperation models, as well as in developing and implementing sales stimulation programs, optimizing product portfolio and company operational effectiveness.
Prior to joining PAYBACK, Michał worked at McKinsey & Company, supporting company boards of multiple companies in Central and Eastern Europe. He also worked for Avon Cosmetics where he was co-responsible for the company’s strategy on 23 markets in Central and Eastern Europe.

Graduated from the Koźminski University in Warsaw with a degree in Marketing, Management and Finance & Banking. His wide-range knowledge in the field of strategic management he acquired at the School of Economics and Management at Lund University in Sweden. Moreover, he accomplished International Consulting training in Audencia Nantes Management School. He gained his experience i.a. at Frosta A.G. in Bremerhaven, where he reported directly to the Marketing Director. He performed functions of general director of the Association of Frozen Foods, that brings together dozens of biggest producers of frozen food on Polish market, including representatives of global brands such as: Unilever, Farm Frites, Bonduelle. While working in the Warsaw International Fair he has contributed to organisation of three editions of the largest motor show in Poland – Warsaw International Motor Show. Subsequently, he worked in Expomedia Events Warsaw, where he held the position of director for business development and sponsorship relations. The next stage of his career was transition to conference sector.
