Upon the reception of the application form, a confirmation will be sent
Resignation ought to be sent by registered mail to the address of the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to change the agenda of event.
This accreditation is personal and may not be passed on to a third party.
Participation in the Congress includes:
the consolidation of the Participants' image in the form of analog or digital photography, internet streaming, videograms or audiovisual works during the Event;
the processing of personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018 p.1000) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), specifically including identifying badges worn by the Participant's in a visible place including the information: first name, surname and company
I confirm that I have read and accept the Regulations and Privacy Policy I agree for the processing of my personal data, namely my image, in the form of photographs and video recordings of the event organised by the Administrator which are then placed on the Administrator's website/social media channels/marketing materials. Agreement is voluntary.
