Accreditation

We are pleased to invite media representatives to declare media accreditation
in 7. RetailTec Congress using available form.

Submissions can be sent to 13th of October 2025.
Each accreditation will be confirmed by email.

    Personal data:

    Regulations

    1. Accreditation allowed to free participation in congress.

    2. Upon the reception of the application form, a confirmation will be sent

    3. Resignation ought to be sent by registered mail to the address of the organizer.

    4. The organizer reserves the right to change the agenda of event.

    5. This accreditation is personal and may not be passed on to a third party.

    6. Participation in the Congress includes:

      1. the consolidation of the Participants' image in the form of analog or digital photography, internet streaming, videograms or audiovisual works during the Event;

      2. the processing of personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018 p.1000) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), specifically including identifying badges worn by the Participant's in a visible place including the information: first name, surname and company



    The Administrator of personal data is MM Conferences S.A. with seat in Warsaw (00-193), ul. Stawki 2. Your data will be processed in order to realize contracts, send marketing information and for the Administrator to publish your image. More
